Who am I?

I’m a foodie and a passionate biker, who is interested in politics and social science. I’m an advocate for equality. I value sense of humour and ability to compromise. I read a lot and follow news, having an opinion on different issues.

I’m Polish by birth and Belgian by choice. I speak polish, english, german, some dutch and spanish!

I live in Antwerp but I’m often on the move, traveling a lot - for work and for pleasure. I love visiting new places, exploring the local life and cuisine!

I’m a natural leader, who navigates teams to achieve common goal. I get energy from interacting with people.

I’m a goal oriented professional, who achieves results. I don’t take tasks which can’t be accomplished.

I’m data expert, operational excellence advocate, transformation leader and business manager. I work hands-on and have the ability to quickly link information, zooming in and out constantly. I work hard, but I believe also in healthy balance between personal and professional life.

Over 7 years, I have been accountable for different areas of business: sales, consultancy, data operations and business transformation. I have started by mission at Accenture managing Data Base and CRM activities for P&G in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Following a promotion, in the role of Marketing Ops Manager, I became accountable for the team delivering services to P&G and leading complex global Direct-To-Consumer projects.
